North Bay Steel Company – Full-Time HR Manager

The HR Manager will oversee day-to-day human resources operations for the company, including recruiting, employee training, performance management, compensation, employee relations, and compliance with local labor laws. This role will also coordinate with staffing agencies and HR service providers, support employees and management, and help ensure HR policies and processes run smoothly across the organization.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company’s human resources plans and strategies.
- Manage recruiting, training, performance evaluations, compensation, and benefits.
- Handle employee relations and resolve workplace disputes and conflicts.
- Coordinate with HR outsourcing providers and staffing agencies.
- Perform other HR-related duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of local labor laws and employment regulations.
- Previous HR experience and familiarity with standard HR processes and procedures.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and team leadership skills.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and able to work on payroll.
- Fluent in English.
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
